Finnish-Russian project BLESK develops business co-operation
Projects promotes cross-border cooperation between Finnish and Russian companies in two directions. Firstly, project helps small and medium sized companies from the Southeast Finland – Northwest Russia cross-border region to expand internationally, which can mean starting export, establishing subsidiary abroad, outsourcing or other types of business activities.
Secondly, project promotes cooperation in renewable energy sector, specifically planning the first wind energy farm in Leningrad oblast or St. Petersburg. Project is divided into two work packages: Business and Energy.
